Online Return Policy 

Antihero13 will accept returns for a full refund or store credit on all regular priced items within 14 days of package delivery confirmation (or date of order fulfillment for in-store pick up orders).

Sale items and discounted/promotional merchandise are Final Sale, and are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation - this includes in-store pick up orders.

Any “refused” shipments are the customer’s responsibility. The original shipping charge, as well as the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the original purchase amount, and a restocking fee may apply.

All items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition with the original tags/packaging intact. Please ensure that all items are well-packaged, and all footwear boxes are protected with outer packaging. Any item(s) not received back in the condition in which it was shipped may be refused or subject to a 25% restocking fee.

All additional costs related to online returns are the customer’s responsibility. A pre-paid shipping label will be issued to all authorized return/exchange requests — please allow 1-2 business days for your request to be processed. All return packages must be received back within 10 days of the label issue date or may be subject to refusal. Antihero13 reserves the right to refuse all unauthorized returns/exchanges.
